If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send an email to [email protected] with the details and simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and accompanied with a copy of your invoice/order confirmation or your full name and address that was used at the point of purchase. We will issue a full refund on receipt of the item, excluding the original delivery charge. Please note you are responsible for the cost of returning the item/s, as well as the condition of returned items in transit, please ensure returned items are packaged securely. We retain the right to refuse a full refund if items are returned damaged. The buyer is liable for loss of value and a partial refund may be applied.

Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item for another in our range equal to the same cost. You may also upgrade your order to a larger product and pay the difference in price.

Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty, in which case a full refund will be made.

Customised products cannot be returned unless faulty.
